1. Receive bookings and arrange booking space, transportation, cargo tracking, customs clearance, settlement, and other matters;

2. Prepare Sea/air freight documents and other relevant documents, be responsible for the input of receivable and payable expenses, and arrange the statement of accounts;

3. Follow up the transportation operation of shipments(Such as booking /arrival/warehousing/document making/customs declaration/release/ destination operation etc.), system entry, document sorting and filing, etc.

4. Timely solve emergencies during the transportation of goods, and comprehensively track and solve problems.

5. Effectively communicate with internal departments. Complete other routine work assigned by superior.

1. College degree or above, familiar with international trade regulations, familiar with international air, sea, and express operation procedures;

2. Familiar with sea/air freight forwarding operations, with at least 5 years of experience about sea/air transportation operations, documentation, transportation and certain import and export trade knowledge;

3. Fluent in English, proficient in office computer operation;

4. Be meticulous, patient, clear thinking, organized, strong sense of responsibility, good attitude, and teamwork spirit.

1. Responsible for sales and promotion of logistics services of the company;

2. Responsible for collecting market information;

3. Have good communication and coordination skills and customer service awareness; actively coordinate the communication between customer service operations and customers;

1.College degree or above, familiar with international trade regulations, familiar with international air, sea, express business is preferred;

2.Good at English, proficient in office computer operation

3.Have certain freight forwarder sales experience and customer resources is preferred.

1. Monthly RFQ sea freight inquiry quotation, SPOT QUOTE;

2. Make and RENEW supplier/customer contracts, and make supplier management;

3. Organize team training

4. Follow up related accounts receivable.

1. College degree or above in international trade is preferred;

2. Be familiar with forwarder, foreign trade or forwarder industry process is preferred;

3. Good Command of English and computer skills
